Directions:
1. In saucepan, combine flour and butter, heat and stir to make a roux 2. Add milk and parmesan 3. In a pot large enough for all the spinach, saute onion and garlic in remaining butter; add spinach 4. Cook 10 minutes, or until the spinach is hot and the onion is translucent 5. Add white sauce and mix thoroughly |
