Even if you are not find of spinach, this recipe is lovely. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
2 cups spinach, cooked and chopped |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/2 cup half-and-half |
salt and pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. melt butter and add spinach. 2. cook for 3 minutes. 3. Sprinkle with flour, stir thoroughly and add half and half. 4. Cook 5 minutes. 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve. 6. Sprinkle wtih paprika. |
