Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed,partially drained |
1/4 cup fat free cream cheese (or more, to taste) |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 dash nutmeg (preferably freshly grated) |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan, saute garlic in oil. 2. Add spinach and cheese; stir until cheese is thoroughly melted. 3. Add seasonings. |
