1 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon dried dill weed |
2 ounces diced pimentos |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 cups frozen english peas |
3 tablespoons chicken broth |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine yogurt, flour, dill weed, pimiento salt & pepper; stir until smooth. Set aside. 2. In small saucepan combine peas & broth; cover & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes or until peas are tender. Stir in yogurt mixture; cook over low heat until thickened , stirring constantly. |
