I got this off Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals and it was great with my grilled Fillet Mignon Ingredients:
1 block cream cheese |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
2 frozen packs of defrosted spinach |
Directions:
1. Defrost Spinach 2. Take a clean kitchen towel or double up on paper towels and squeeze all excess water from spinach 3. Start melting Cream cheese on stove top over low flame 4. Add Parmesan Cheese 5. Then add the drained spinach 6. Cook on med. low until fully mixed and warm |
