I found this on my great papaya recipe hunt.

Ingredients:

1/2 papaya

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

creme de cassis

Directions:

1. Remove skin and seeds from papaya and blend together with ice cream until smooth and creamy. Pour into stemmed glass and top with Creme de Cassis.
