vegetarian dish to serve over biskets Ingredients:
15 oz pearl onions |
2 small onions |
2 tablespoons butter |
15 oz peas |
2 cups skim milk |
3 tablespoons flour |
Directions:
1. saute onions in butter 2. add milk,simmer to a boil 3. add flour stirring constantly 4. add peas 5. boil onions for 10 minutes and add to the rest of the ingredients 6. serve over bread/bisket of choice |
