I tried this at a friend's house and asked for the recipe. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
1 (8 ounce) package jiffy cornbread baking mix |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients and add Jiffy mix last. 2. Spray 9x13 inch pan with a cooking spray. 3. Bake 350F degrees for 45-50 minutes. |
