2 cups canned creamed corn |
3 large eggs, well beaten |
2 cups warm milk |
1tsp sugar |
salt and pepper to taste |
dash of nutmeg |
1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs |
2tbsp melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300F/120C/Gas Mark 3 2. Grease a medium-sized casserole dish 3. Combine corn, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a large bowl 4. Pour into casserole dish 5. Combine the crumbs and melted butter and toss until mixed well 6. Sprinkle evenly over the corn mixture 7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until firm |
