Good comfort food. Also great for breakfast, or a perfect side dish. Ingredients:
1 cup creamed corn |
1/4 cup melted butter |
2 beaten eggs |
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup diced cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease an ovenproof casserole dish. 2. Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared dish. 3. Bake in oven 1 hour or until cornbread tests done. |
