A great side dish Ingredients:
2oz(1/4 of 8 oz)philadelphia cream cheese cubed |
2 tbsp milk |
1 can (14.5 oz) cream-style corn |
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen corn thawed |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup sliced green onions |
Directions:
1. Cook cream chees and milk in saucepan on medium heat until cream cheese is melted, striring frequently. 2. Add cream corn and thawed corn, stir. Cook 4 min or until heated 3. through, stirring occasionally. 4. Spoon into serving dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions 5. Can jazz it up if you like a hit of spice, stir in a 6. dash or two of hot sauce. |
