This is a wonderful breakfast bread....with your coffee. If you are watching calories, you can substitute evaporated skim milk for the whipping cream. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whipping cream |
4 tablespoons butter |
2 eggs |
1 1/3 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups bread flour |
2 teaspoons yeast |
1/2 cup raisins |
6 tablespoons chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, except raisins and nuts according to manufacturers recommendations. 2. Add raisins and nuts when the machine beeps for add-ins. |
