Tired of the same breakfast meals? Give this a try. Serve with fruit for a meal. Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) package stouffer's creamed chipped beef (prepared according to package directions and kept hot) |
1 (10 count) can refrigerated biscuits |
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Roll each biscuit into a circle; place each biscuit in ungreased muffin pan cup. 3. Press dough up sides of cup. 4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until a golden brown. 5. Spoon hot creamed chipped beef into baked cups; sprinkle with cheese. 6. Bake for additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
