Creamed Chipped Beef Aka Sos |

This is a recipe I got from my mother. It is very simple and price savy. Ingredients:
7 slices chipped beef |
4 tablespoons margarine or 4 tablespoons butter |
4 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups milk |
toast |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan on med-high heat melt butter and stir in flour and salt; let bubble 1 minute. 2. Remove from heat and stir gradually stir in milk. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Tear meat into pieces and add to saucepan; cook until thickened. 5. Serve over toast. |
