Quick, easy and yummy. Kids will love it. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 teaspoon dried onion |
1/4 cup pimiento |
salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/3-1/2 cup milk |
5 ounces canned chicken or 5 ounces canned turkey or 1 cup diced cooked poultry |
1 cup cooked peas |
1/8 teaspoon sage |
Directions:
1. Cook celery in butter until tender. 2. Blend in other ingredients. 3. Heat, stirring often. 4. Serve over split cornbread, biscuits or toast. 5. Makes 3 servings. |
