A tasty way to do Brussels Sprouts. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts, cooked,kept hot |
4 slices bacon, crumbled |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Saute bacon and onion together until lightly golden, about 6-7 minutes. 2. Add to cooked sprouts. 3. Mix in sour cream and season to taste. 4. Serve warm. |
