Simple way to sweeten up a salty ham. Ingredients:
4 -7 lbs smoked wild boar ham |
2 cups a&w cream soda |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place ham flat side down in oven safe dish. 3. Pour half of Cream Soda over ham. 4. Spread brown sugar over ham. 5. Drizzle remaining Cream Soda over ham, careful not to rinse of brown sugar. 6. Cover (tent) with aluminum foil. 7. Baste occasionally. (20-30 minute intervals). 8. Heat to 140-160F internal temperature. |
