Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup(s) boiling water |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in water over high heat. Turn heat to low and add flour and salt mixing well. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, 1 at a time. When mixture is throughly mixed, drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 10 min; reduce to 375 and bake another 20 min. When cool, cut in half and fill with vanilla pudding mixture (instand o.k. but use only 1/2 the amount of milk so pudding will be thicker); drizzel tops with melted chocolate. |
