Don't open the oven door whilst cooking these as they will drop !! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 cup boiling water |
1/2 cup self raising flour |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Place butter and water in saucepan. 2. Bring to boil and add flour at once and mix quickly. 3. Remove from heat and add eggs one at at a time 4. Beat till mixture is smooth. 5. Take dessertspoons of mixture and place at intervals on a well greased tray. 6. Bake at 180 c for 30 minutes. 7. Serve with whipped cream when cool. |
