Ingredients:
1 c. water |
1 stick butter |
1 c. flour |
4 eggs |
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding |
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese |
3 1/2 c. milk |
8 oz. cool whip |
choc. sauce or syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix water, butter, flour, and eggs as for cream puffs: boil water and butter. Add flour. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Spread on ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 400 degrees for 1/2 hr. (Let cool before next step.) 2. Mix the following: 3. sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 4. oz. cream cheese (softened) 5. /2 c. milk 6. Spread over crust. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate. When serving, drizzle with chocolate sauce/syrup. |
