A delicious cake that is a huge hit!
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
4 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
2 boxes vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
8 oz cool whip
Directions:
1. Heat water and butter to a boil. Take off heat, add flour. Mix until it becomes a ball, then add one egg at a time, beat after each egg with a wooden spoon.
2. Pat dough into a greased 9x13 pan.
3. Bake at 425 or 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Lower temperature to 350 and bake for 20 minutes more. Cool
5. Mix cream cheese then add pudding and milk and beat until thick.
6. Pour over dough and chill. Then spread cool whip over pudding. Chill.
