2 1/2 cups water |
1 cup red lentil |
2 cups red bell peppers, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, sliced |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon cumin |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 cup soymilk |
Directions:
