Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup red lentil
2 cups red bell peppers, chopped
3 garlic cloves, sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup soymilk
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine all of the ingredients except the soy milk,
