Creamy Delightful soup Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/4 cup butter |
3 cups 2% milk |
6 cups potato |
4 cups carrots |
2 cups peas |
1 lb ham |
2 cups chicken broth |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
1 tbsp garlic salt |
1 small onion |
1 tbsp pepper |
Directions:
1. make a rou with the butter, flour, and Milk. Stir constantly on low heat until all fluids and cheddar are mixed in. Add water until desired thickness. 2. Boil Potato, carrots until desired softness. Drain and add remaining ingredients chopping the onion to very small bits. 3. Simmer on low heat stirring occasionally for at least 15 minutes. 4. Serve hot with Parker house rolls. 5. Yummy |
