Taken from my grandmother's handwritten spiral notebook of Weight Watchers recipes. Maybe from the 70s or 80s. I have not tried this recipe, but it sounds reasonably easy. Also nice that it just serves one. Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk |
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved |
1 cup canned mushroom, chopped, save the liquid |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Put milk, bouillon, salt, pepper, any other desired seaonings, and half the mushroom juice in a blender and mix thoroughly. 2. Add mushrooms. 3. Heat and serve. |
