A different twist on a warm you up soup Ingredients:
8 t. butter |
8 t. flour |
2 13 oz. cans evaporated milk |
6 chicken bouilon cubes |
4 jalapeno peppers seeded and veins removed |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in pot 2. Add flour and stir til well blended and smooth 3. Gradually add the milk and bouilon stir till well incorprated puree the Jalapenos in a blender with a bit of the soup and then add back to pot 4. Cook till hot DO NOT BOIL this soup it will break 5. Serve with cornbread and a dollop of sour cream 6. Enjoy |
