Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) butter |
6 clove(s) garlic |
3 tablespoon(s) flour |
2 can(s) chicken broth |
2 cup(s) half-and-half |
1 egg yolk |
chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Melt Butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring until soft (not browned) about 2 minutes. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Gradually stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil, stirring often. Stir in half and half, heat until steaming (do not boil). In a small bowl beat egg yolk slightly; stir in small amount of the hot soup into the egg yolk. Return egg yolk mixture to the pan, stirring constantly. Immediately ladle soup into individual bowl. Garnish each with parsley. |
