Adapted from Jacques Pepin. This goes together FAST! Ingredients:
15 ounces cream-style corn |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup flour |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor and process for about 10 seconds. 2. Pour into buttered small casserole. 3. Bake at 375 uncovered for 45 minutes until golden and set. |
