Cream of Chicken Casserole |

Had this at my sister-in-law's. She got the recipe from a friend. So easy and so good! Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (fresh or processed) |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Boil chicken breasts until fully cooked (after cooking, cube, shred, or leave whole). 2. Put in casserole dish and set aside. 3. Mix soup, mayonnaise, and cheese together. 4. Pour over chicken. 5. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes (until hot). 6. Sprinkle with lemon juice during last 5 minutes of baking. |
