Filling homemade cream of carrot and onion Ingredients:
2 carrots |
1/2 large onion |
1 cup milk |
10 g butter |
Directions:
1. Boil the carrots so the begin to soften 2. Drain the carrots 3. Add milk and onion to the pan and bring to the boil 4. Simmer on a low heat for 5-10 mins 5. Using a blender, smooth ingredients 6. Return soup to hob and heat for a further 5 mins 7. Serve with a spinkle of parsley |
