Ingredients:
150 g butter
150 g zucker - sugar
tl 1/2 vanillezucker , 1 / 2 tsp vanilla sugar or just use vanilla extract
2 eier - eggs
150 g mehl -flour
tl1/2 backpulver 1 / 2 tsp baking powder
150 ml sahnelikör - cream liqueur
ts 1/2 gehackte mandeln - 1 / 2 cup chopped almonds
ts 1/2 schokotropfen - 1 / 2 cup chocolate chips
2 el kakaopulver - 2 tbs cocoa powder
haselnuß-kuvertüre -hazelnut chocolate icing your own or sugar-cinnamon mix
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar and beat in eggs.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and blend into creamed mixture.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Place mixture in a greased and floured baking pan ( 9 inch decorative layer cake pan )
5. Bake 170 C for 40 - 45 Min. or tested done
6. Cool and frost with your own chocolate hazelnut icing or just dust with a sugar and cinnamom
