This creamy and rich corn made with cream cheese and butter is not great for your waistline, but it is a beautiful side dish that feeds a crowd! My broker-in-charge made this for our sales meeting luncheon yesterday and it was fantastic! Ingredients:
2 (32 ounce) bags frozen corn |
16 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup butter |
4 tablespoons sugar |
4 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Put is all in a crock pot on high for 3 hours. Stir as needed. This one is SOOOOO easy! |
