This is a great side dish. I add more cheese to this. Ingredients:
6 medium to large potatos ( u can use any type u like) |
1/2 cup milk |
3 tbsp butter |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 cup sour cream |
4 oz creamcheese |
1 small onion yellow chopped |
1 cup shard cheddar cheese shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 2. Peel potatos cut into cubes 3. Boil for 15min or until done drain 4. Transfer into a large bowl 5. Add butter, salt, pepper, creamcheese, sour cream, milk mix until well blended 6. Add onions and cheese stir 7. Place in oven bake 35-40 min |
