I always make this as an appetizer for the holidays. If you like Cream Cheese, you and your family will absolutely love this. Goes best with buttery crackers. Ingredients:
2 packages of softened cream cheese |
1 thin package of sandwich ham, cut into small square pieces |
1 small onion diced |
1/4 tsp. accent |
2 tablespoons of worsheshire |
leave out enough ham pieces to decorate the outside of the ball if desired. |
Directions:
1. When the cream cheese of softened, throw everything in a bowl and mix with your hands until throroghly combined. Wet your hands and form the mixture into a ball. 2. Put your cheeseball on a decorative plate (especially if you adorned the outside of it with ham) Best if chilled overnight, serve with any brand of buttery crackers of your choice and enjoy! |
