white sauce with low fat cream cheese Ingredients:
5 c skim milk |
4 tbsp butter |
4 tbsp flour |
1 tsp salt |
1 pepper |
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Melt butter. 2. Add flour mixing well after each tbsp. 3. Slowly add milk stirring constantly to keep lumps from forming. Cook until mixture thickens. 4. Add salt, pepper and cheese. |
