Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened |
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup biscuit mix |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cream cheese in a small mixing bowl until fluffy; stir in biscuit mix. Chill until firm. 2. Roll dough on a heavily floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place wafers on a lightly greased baking sheet. 3. Bake 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot or cold. |
