Ingredients:
2 tablespoons 1/3-less-fat cream cheese |
1 (4-ounce) bagel, split and toasted |
2 tomato slices |
1 (1/8-inch-thick) red onion slice, halved |
1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over cut side of each bagel half. Top each half with 1 tomato slice, half of onion slice, and half of avocado slices. Sprinkle evenly with pepper. |
