A light whipped filling for tarts.
Ingredients:
250 grams cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup whipping cream
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and lemon juice.
2. Add icing sugar a little at a time.
3. Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture.
4. Divide between 22-24 cooked tart shells.
5. Add fresh or canned fruit or preserves.
