4 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 1/4 cups flour |

Directions:
1. Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth; add sugar, beating well. 2. Add egg and vanilla and beat until very smooth. 3. Add combined flour and salt and mix until just blended. 4. Form dough into a ball; flatten slightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or more before using. |
