Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms |

A favorite appetizer for any mushroom lover. These are easy to make and melt in your mouth. Ingredients:
3 pkgs white button mushrooms |
8oz cream cheese ( room temp) |
garlic salt to taste |
dill weed to taste |
1 pkg dried corn beef or smoked turkey |
Directions:
1. Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth. 2. Remove stems (you may disgard these or reserve and combine some with filling). 3. Food process cream cheese, garlic salt, dill weed and meat (and some mushroom stems if desired). 4. Place mixture in plastic baggy and cut off corner tip. 5. Squeeze filling into mushroom caps. 6. Place caps on baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes or until filling is golden. |
