This recipe is oh-so delicious. Ingredients:
2 (8 count) pkgs. pillsbury crescent rolls |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese |
1 egg, seperated |
1 cup sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
*topping* 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 to 3 tsp. milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spread 1 package crescent rolls in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. 3. Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. 4. Spread over crescent rolls. 5. Cover cream cheese mixture with remaining crescent rolls. 6. Brush top with egg white. 7. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. 8. Mix powdered sugar and milk. Spread over top while still hot. 9. Refrigerate thoroughly and cut into squares. |
