Egg substitute in place of eggs gets the calories down. Very delicious! Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1/2 oz. neufchatel cheese |
1/8 splenda quick pack |
1/2 serving protein powder |
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
1/8 tsp ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Mix the cream cheese and egg substitute in a mini food processer. Add the dry ingredients and panfry as pancakes. |
