This puts a different spin on reqular mashed potatoes. Also, you can make these ahead of time and freeze them and bake at another time. Ingredients:
8 potatoes mediam to large peeled and quartered |
1 stick of butter |
8 ounces cream cheese |
8 ounces sour cream |
1t. garlic salt |
1t. parsley flakes |
1 cup cheddar cheese grated |
Directions:
1. Peel and quarter the potatoes place in pot of water cook till soft. 2. Drain and mash. Put all the ingredients in and mix together. Place in casserole and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. 3. Delicious. |
