We've made this simple recipe for years. Our kids demand it (even offer to help fix it) every holiday. Ingredients:
6 potatoes |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened) |
1/2 cup butter (softened) |
1 dash milk |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes and Drain.
2. Beat with mixer until smooth.
3. Add cream cheese, butter and milk.
4. Put in casserole dish with pats of additional butter on top.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 300 to 350 degrees.
