Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth |
2 1/2 cups water |
1 cup uncooked polenta |
4 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Bring broth and 2 1/2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually add polenta, stirring constantly with a whisk. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer 15 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally. Stir in cream cheese. |
