An absolute favorite - great for gatherings, snacks, etc. Easy! Ingredients:
8 kosher dill pickles, patted dry |
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened |
2 1/2 oz. thin-sliced dried beef, or other sliced meat |
Directions:
1. Spread or pat cream cheese around each pickle. 2. Wrap 2 sheets of meat around each pickle. 3. Slice before serving. 4. May be easier to refrigerate before slicing |
