Delicious on Cinnamon Rolls or Carrot Cake Ingredients:
2 lbs cream cheese |
8 ounces butter |
16 ounces confectioners' sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) |
Directions:
1. Let cream cheese and butter soften a bit. 2. Blend everything but pecans in the food processor. 3. Add nuts and cinnamon. |
