Mom showed me how to do this, very tasty. Ingredients:
6 russet potatoes |
1/2 block of cream cheese or so. |
1 med. onion |
tbsp. butter |
Directions:
1. Make your mashed potatoes as you normally would. 2. When done, add cream cheese, mix well. 3. Take the onion, chop, and cook in 1 tbsp. butter on med/low heat til lightly browned. 4. Add to potatoes and mix. |
