This is my favorite recipe for frosting-icing. It's simple, and wonderful. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese |
1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. With an electric mixer on medium speed beat butter and cream cheese until mixed completely. 2. Add sugar little by little to the cream cheese mixture. 3. After all sugar is added add the vanilla. |
