This easy, 4-ingredient cream cheese icing is delicious on cakes and cupcakes. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon light butter |
1 (8-ounce) package neufchâtel cheese |
1 (1-pound) package powdered sugar, sifted |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cheese at high speed of a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar; beat at low speed until well-blended. Add vanilla; beat well. |
