This pairs perfectly with carrot cake.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese ; softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, cream cheese and vanilla.
2. Beat in powdered sugar.
3. Frost cake as desired.
4. NOTES :
5. For a bundt cake, use half the frosting recipe.
6. If using for piping, add more powdered sugar until it holds it's shape.
